It is the END of Veg Week at last!!!
However, I actually am going to miss being vegetarian. I had some great food, and more importantly, I really felt like I was making a difference. I encourage you to try being vegetarian, even if it's just for a day or two. It's a healthy and nutritious diet and it isn't a sacrifice once you get the hang of what to eat. That's where my recipes and diaries come in. I really want to help you be vegetarian because if I can do it, you can do it, too. With those words, here is my seventh, and final Veg Week video diary segment.
